Welcome to Techvilla Technologies Ltd. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Techvilla provides Network Solutions, Website Development, Software Solutions, and related IT Support. Each project is governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Proposal.
2. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms require a 50% upfront deposit before project commencement. Milestone-based payments apply for larger projects, as outlined in your specific proposal. Prices are subject to the applicable 7.5% VAT in Nigeria.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Techvilla retains ownership of the source code and underlying frameworks developed during a project until all final payments are cleared, at which point ownership is transferred to the client.
4. Limitation of Liability
Techvilla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or data loss beyond the scope of the specific service agreement.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
